The Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they host D.H. Conley for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. Topsail will battle a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 10-1.
