In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Page Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Western Guilford Hornets.
The Pirates (7-2) will now prepare for their test against East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, East Forsyth was defeated by Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grimsley for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 17.
