Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) and the visiting Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA), saw West Allegheny's soccer squad triumph over Blackhawk by a count of 9-0.

The Indians (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA). The Highlanders enter the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Baldwin was overwhelmed by Ambridge (Ambridge, PA), 5-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 18. Blackhawk will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 8-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA).
