Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host Sault Area Blue Devils (Sault St. Marie, MI), 8-0 in a non-league outing.

The Vikings (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen come into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Petoskey knocked off Gaylord (Gaylord, MI), 1-0, in a league test.

The Blue Devils now have a 0-14 record. They take the field next when they host Alpena for a Macomb Area - Gold test on Thursday, September 18. Sault Area will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-7.
