Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Chartiers Valley Colts (Bridgeville, PA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Moon Area moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-5.

The Colts now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Montour for a test on Thursday, September 18. Chartiers Valley will meet a Spartans team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Plum (Pittsburgh, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 5-5.
