In Tuesday's league outing, the host Grant Park Dragons soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Illinois Lutheran Chargers.

The Dragons (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Reed-Custer got by Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 9-3, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Chargers confront the Beecher Bobcats (Beecher, IL) in a River Valley test, on Tuesday, September 30. Illinois Lutheran will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record.
