The Peters Township Indians soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Upper St. Clair Panthers to 0 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now hold a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland Hills for a WPIAL AAAA 2 game on Thursday, September 18. Peters Township will face a Wolverines team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-4.
The Panthers (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs enter the WPIAL AAAA 2 game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Canon-McMillan held off Connellsville (Connellsville, PA), 6-1, in a league game.
