Next, the Pirates clash with the Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 18. Byng will attempt to advance on its 17-8 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 20-7 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Madill (Madill, OK).

The Cougars (10-12) will now prepare for their test against Sulphur (Sulphur, OK). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 12-10 record. In their last outing, Sulphur beat Ardmore (Ardmore, OK), 10-0, in a non-league outing.
