In Tuesday's non-league test, the Colbert Leopards (Colbert, OK) softball squad got by the visiting Bennington Bears (Bennington, OK), by a tally of 6-5.
Next, the Leopards meet the Achille Golden Eagles (Achille, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 18. Colbert will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Coleman (Coleman, OK).
The Bears (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Coleman (Coleman, OK). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Coleman held off Durant (Durant, OK), 10-0, in a non-league test.
