The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK) and the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK), observed Bixby's softball team get by Sapulpa by a final score of 4-3.

The Spartans (11-12) will now prepare for their bout against Coweta (Coweta, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 11-12 record.

In their next game, the Chieftains battle the Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 19. Sapulpa will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 16-9 record after their 18-3 non-league win over Wagoner (Wagoner, OK).
