The Crest Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Chargers league win on Tuesday.

Next up, the Chargers face the Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC) in a Big South 5A/6A game, on Thursday, September 18. Crest will attempt to advance on its 10-11 season record. The Mountaineers go into the game with a 17-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC).

The Greenwave (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies go into the Big South 5A/6A game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Huss went down by Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.
