Ohio High School Volleyball - Shadyside over Bridgeport

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Shadyside Tigers (Shadyside, OH) and the host Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, OH), observed Shadyside's volleyball squad achieve victory over Bridgeport by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Shadyside improves its record to 4-10 on the season. The Tigers host Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH) to encounter the Zeps in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Zeps go into the test with a record of 13-1. Shenandoah won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Frontier Cougars (New Matamoras, OH) in a Ohio Valley 2A challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Bridgeport will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wood County Christian (Williamstown, WV).
