With the win, Bridges Prep advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Lake Marion (Santee, SC) to face the Gators in a AA Region 5 test on Thursday, September 18. The Gators go into the test with a record of 3-3. Lake Marion won 3-2 in their recent league test against Whale Branch (Beaufort, SC)

The Cougars now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Barnwell for a AA Region 5 outing on Thursday, September 18. Edisto will play a Warhorses team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Blackville-Hilda (Blackville, SC). The Warhorses record now stands at 2-4.
