The Broadway Gobblers edged the host Spotswood Trailblazers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.

Coming up next, the Gobblers play the Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) in a Valley outing, on Thursday, September 18. Broadway will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Knights come into the outing with a 7-3 record after their 3-0 league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).

With the loss, Spotswood drops to 6-5 on the year. The Trailblazers host Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to confront the Flying Flucos in a non-league game on Monday, September 22. The Flying Flucos come into the outing with a record of 9-1.
