South Carolina High School Volleyball - Pickens over Daniel

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC) and the host Daniel Lions (Central, SC), saw Pickens's volleyball squad notch a victory over Daniel by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Pickens improves its record to 13-1 on the season. The Blue Flame host Seneca (Seneca, SC) to encounter the Bobcats in a AAAA Region 2 battle on Thursday, September 18. The Bobcats go into the battle with a record of 10-6. Seneca lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Greer (Greer, SC)

The Lions now own a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a AAAA Region 2 battle on Thursday, September 18. Daniel will meet a Fighting Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC). The Fighting Tigers record now stands at 2-9.
