In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Timberline Spartans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Deary Mustangs.
The Spartans (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Genesee (Genesee, ID). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Whitepine challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Genesee got by St. John Bosco Academy (Cottonwood, ID), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the St. John Bosco Academy Patriots (Cottonwood, ID) in a 1A Whitepine challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Deary will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Genesee (Genesee, ID).
