The Water Valley Blue Devils volleyball squad (Water Valley, MS), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS)

With the win, East Union improves its record to 24-4 on the season. The Urchins host Myrtle (Myrtle, MS) to battle the Hawks in a Class 2A Region 2 contest on Thursday, September 18. The Hawks enter the contest with a record of 5-14. Myrtle won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Strayhorn (Sarah, MS)

Next, the Blue Devils battle the Strayhorn Mustangs (Sarah, MS) in a Class 2A Region 2 contest, on Thursday, September 18. Water Valley will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Myrtle (Myrtle, MS).
