The Brahmas (17-14) will now prepare for their contest against Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX). The Raiders enter the 3A Region IV District 25 contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Rice Consolidated was tipped by Palacios (Palacios, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Cowboys battle the Yoakum Bulldogs (Yoakum, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 25 contest, on Friday, September 19. Edna will attempt to move on its 5-16 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 10-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Tidehaven (El Maton, TX).
