The Wheeler Eagles volleyball squad (Wheeler, MS), dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Falkner Eagles (Falkner, MS)

With the win, Falkner improves its record to 4-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Walnut (Walnut, MS) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 23-4. Walnut won 3-0 in their recent league battle against New Site (New Site, MS)

The Eagles now own a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine Grove for a Class 1A Region 1 contest on Thursday, September 18. Wheeler will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Jumpertown (Booneville, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 15-7.
