South Carolina High School Volleyball - West Ashley over Fort Dorchester

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Fort Dorchester Patriots (North Charleston, SC), observed West Ashley's volleyball team top Fort Dorchester by a count of 3-0.

The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Stall (Charleston, SC). The Warriors go into the AAAAA Region 8 battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Stall was defeated by Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Patriots now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Island for a AAAAA Region 8 battle on Thursday, September 18. Fort Dorchester will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 15-6.
