Illinois High School Volleyball - Polo can't hold off Fulton

In Tuesday's league match, the Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL) volleyball squad tipped the host Polo Marcos (Polo, IL), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Steamers confront the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini match, on Thursday, September 18. Fulton will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.

The Marcos (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Eastland (Lanark, IL). The Cougars enter the Northwest Upstate Illini bout with a 11-3 record. In their last bout, Eastland was nudged by Fulton (Fulton, IL), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
