Greater Vision Academy Lions (Gibsonville, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Mount Calvary Christian Warriors (Archdale, NC), 3-2 in a league challenge.

With the win, Greater Vision Academy improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC) to face the Conquerors in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Conquerors go into the test with a record of 5-4.

The Warriors now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland Baptist Christian for a NCCSA A District 3 - East Region test on Tuesday, September 30.
