In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Incarnate Word Academy Angels volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the John Paul II Centurions.

The Angels (18-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Rockport-Fulton (Rockport, TX). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 12-8 record.

The Centurions now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Cross for a test on Tuesday, September 30.
