Mississippi High School Volleyball - Jackson Academy over Pillow Academy

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Jackson Academy Raiders (Jackson, MS) and the host Pillow Academy Mustangs (Greenwood, MS), observed Jackson Academy's volleyball team top Pillow Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Raiders (20-6) will now prepare for their battle against Madison-Ridgeland Academy (Madison, MS). The Patriots go into the MAIS battle with a 19-7 record. In their last battle, Madison-Ridgeland Academy achieved victory over Lamar (Meridian, MS), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christ Covenant for a non-league battle on Monday, September 22.
