The St. Stephens Indians volleyball squad (Hickory, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host McDowell Titans (Marion, NC)

With the win, McDowell improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Titans travel to Watauga (Boone, NC) to encounter the Pioneers in a Northwestern 6A/7A battle on Thursday, September 18. The Pioneers go into the battle with a record of 13-1. Watauga won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC)

The Indians now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Caldwell for a Northwestern 6A/7A battle on Thursday, September 18. St. Stephens will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 7-4.
