The Sherman Bearcats volleyball squad (Sherman, TX), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Melissa Cardinals (Melissa, TX)

With the win, Melissa improves its record to 15-12 on the season. The Cardinals host Anna (Anna, TX) to encounter the Coyotes in a 5A Region II District 9 battle on Friday, September 19. The Coyotes go into the battle with a record of 16-16. Anna lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against McKinney North (McKinney, TX)

In their next game, the Bearcats encounter the Greenville Lions (Greenville, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 battle, on Friday, September 19.
