The Braves (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Stringer (Stringer, MS). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 7-12 record.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Port Gibson Blue Waves (Port Gibson, MS) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 17. Natchez will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Blue Waves go into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Franklin County (Meadville, MS).
