In Tuesday's league match, the Powell Panthers (Powell, TN) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Oak Ridge Wildcats (Oak Ridge, TN), by a margin of 3-0.
The Panthers now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Anderson County for a AAA District 3 bout on Thursday, September 18. Powell will clash with a Mavericks team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, TN). The Mavericks record now stands at 8-9.
