Our Lady Academy Crescents (Bay St. Louis, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Our Lady Academy improves its record to 27-3 on the season. The Crescents travel to Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS) to meet the Bobcats in a Class 3A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 12-4. Presbyterian Christian won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Tylertown (Tylertown, MS)

Next, the Trojans meet the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) in a Class 3A Region 8 challenge, on Thursday, September 18. West Marion will attempt to improve on its 13-8 season record. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a 20-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Hancock (Kiln, MS).
