Texas High School Volleyball - Rowe trounced by Pioneer

The Pioneer Diamondbacks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Rowe Warriors to 0 in the Diamondbacks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Diamondbacks now have a 24-3 record. They play next when they host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest for a 5A Region IV District 31 outing on Saturday, September 20. Pioneer will play a Javelinas team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Economedes (Edinburg, TX). The Javelinas record now stands at 0-16.

With the loss, Rowe drops to 12-9 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Vela (Edinburg, TX) to play the Sabercats in a 5A Region IV District 31 game on Saturday, September 20. The Sabercats go into the game with a record of 25-6. Vela won 3-1 in their recent league game against Sharyland (Mission, TX)
