In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Pisgah Dragons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Quitman Panthers.

The Dragons (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Union (Union, MS). The Yellowjackets come into the Class 3A Region 5 challenge with a 19-8 record. In their last challenge, Union beat St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Panthers face the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) in a Class 3A Region 5 outing, on Thursday, September 18. Quitman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Saints come into the outing with a 3-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Southeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS).
