Texas High School Volleyball - Sharyland Vela

The Vela Sabercats prevailed the host Sharyland Rattlers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Sabercats confront the Rowe Warriors (McAllen, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 game, on Saturday, September 20. Vela will attempt to advance on its 25-6 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 12-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pioneer (Mission, TX).

The Rattlers (17-12) will now prepare for their game against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX). The Wolverines enter the 5A Region IV District 31 game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial was topped by McAllen (McAllen, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
