West Virginia High School Volleyball - Spring Mills over Washington

September 16, 2025: Charles Town, WV 25414

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) and the host Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV), observed Spring Mills's volleyball team top Washington by a tally of 3-0.

With the victory, Spring Mills upgrades its record to 8-7 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV) to meet the Bulldogs in a Eastern Panhandle challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.

The Patriots now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodgrove for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. Washington will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-2.
