The West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS) volleyball knocked off the visiting Terry Bulldogs (Terry, MS), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Hill for a Class 6A Region 3 bout on Thursday, September 18. West Jones will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Jim Hill (Jackson, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 5-7.
The Bulldogs (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against George County (Lucedale, MS). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 21-9 record. In their last battle, George County achieved victory over Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
