In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Valley Christian Defenders volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Whittier Christian Heralds.
The Defenders (19-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Warriors enter the Olympic challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Christian beat Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
The Heralds now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a Olympic test on Thursday, September 18. Whittier Christian will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-8.
