The Stagg Chargers topped the visiting Argo Argonauts volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Chargers now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle for a non-league game on Saturday, September 18. Stagg will meet a Meteors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Argo (Summit, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 9-3.
The Argonauts (2-8) will now prepare for their game against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, De La Salle was dropped by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
