California High School Volleyball - Hillsdale can't hold off Mercy

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Mercy Crusaders volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS.
The Crusaders (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The FIGHTING KNIGHTS come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Hillsdale was edged by Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the FIGHTING KNIGHTS encounter the University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 17. Hillsdale will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Red Devils come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA).
