In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Taft Toreadors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Marshall Barristers.
The Toreadors (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, South Pasadena achieved victory over South Hills (West Covina, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Barristers clash with the Franklin Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a battle, on Monday, October 3. Marshall will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record.
