In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Streamwood Sabres volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Aurora East Tomcats.

The Sabres (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Rolling Meadows achieved victory over Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Tomcats clash with the Crossroads Christian Crusaders (Big Rock, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 17. Aurora East will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over New Berlin Eisenhower (New Berlin, WI).
