The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Bullard Knights (Fresno, CA), saw San Joaquin Memorial's volleyball squad nip Bullard by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, San Joaquin Memorial upgrades its record to 8-6 on the year. The Panthers travel to Centennial (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Golden Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a record of 11-10. Centennial lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA)

The Knights now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Edison for a CMAC/NYL bout on Tuesday, September 20. Bullard will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Leland (San Jose, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-12.
