The Panthers (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Beauregard (Opelika, AL). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Beauregard defeated Eufaula (Eufaula, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs (Millbrook, AL) in a 6A Area 5 challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Wetumpka will attempt to move on its 17-12 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wetumpka (Wetumpka, AL).
