With the win, Folsom upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Bulldogs host Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to play the Wildcats in a Sierra Foothill League bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 17-1. Whitney lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA)

The Miners now own a 7-16 record. They play next when they host Lincoln for a Foothill Valley League bout on Monday, September 19. Nevada Union will play a Fighting Zebras squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 3-4.
