California High School Volleyball - Palo Alto tips Homestead

September 17, 2022: Cupertino, CA 95014

Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Dublin Gaels (Dublin, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 17. Palo Alto will attempt to advance on its 13-4 season record. The Gaels come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA).

With the loss, Homestead drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA) to clash with the Chargers in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino match on Tuesday, September 20. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 8-5. Wilcox won 3-0 in their recent league match against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA)
