The Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Iowa School for the Deaf Bobcats to 1 in the Trojans league victory on Saturday.

The Trojans now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wisconsin School for the Deaf for a Freelance game on Saturday, September 17. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf will meet a Firebirds team coming off a 3-0 league win over Grace Christian Academy (Greenfield, WI). The Firebirds record now stands at 1-3.

The Bobcats (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Wisconsin School for the Deaf (Delavan, WI). The Firebirds enter the Freelance game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Wisconsin School for the Deaf held off Grace Christian Academy (Greenfield, WI), 3-0, in a league game.
