The Walled Lake Northern Knights topped the host Troy Colts volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights now have a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Lyon East for a Lakes Valley test on Tuesday, September 20. Walled Lake Northern will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 13-2.
The Colts (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Seaholm (Birmingham, MI). The Maples enter the Oakland - Red test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Seaholm dropped by Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
