The Lipscomb Academy Mustangs soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ensworth for a D II-AA Middle bout on Tuesday, September 24. Lipscomb Academy will play a Tigers squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Rossview (Clarksville, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Christ Presbyterian Academy moves to 5-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Harpeth Hall (Nashville, TN) to clash with the Honeybears in a D II-AA Middle test on Thursday, September 19. The Honeybears come into the test with a record of 8-0. Harpeth Hall won 3-0 in their recent league test against Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN)
