Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Wilmington improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Dwight (Dwight, IL) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 25. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 3-6.

The Lions now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19.
