St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Joseph's Catholic advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Powdersville (Greenville, SC) to face the Patriots in a test on Thursday, September 19. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 5-0.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belton-Honea Path for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. Palmetto will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Crescent (Iva, SC). The Bears record now stands at 1-1.
