Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) and the visiting Ironton Fighting Tigers (Ironton, OH), saw Gallia Academy's soccer squad triumph over Ironton by a score of 10-0.

The Blue Devils (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fairland (Proctorville, OH). The Dragons enter the Ohio Valley battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Fairland ran past Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Fighting Tigers confront the West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 19. Ironton will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Comets enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Boyd County (Ashland, KY).
