Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Scranton Prep moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host North Pocono (Covington Township, PA) to meet the Trojans in a Lackawanna - Division I test on Thursday, September 19. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 6-0.

The Cougars now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Honesdale for a Lackawanna - Division I test on Thursday, September 19. Valley View will meet a Hornets team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-5.
